Compass Group is a Latin American asset manager. We started operations in 2002 with the goal of becoming an Independent Investment Consultant. In 2004 we became a Fund Operator, focusing on institutional and wealthy clients. In the past 10 years of operating in Mexico City, we have positioned ourselves as a totally independent consultant for Latin American clients and one of the main market participants with the best international corporations. As a real estate development platform, Compass Group raised its first Mexican real estate fund in 2013, and we are currently developing three projects in strategic locations in Mexico City. We are pioneers in the development of mixed used projects with a primary focus on multifamily. Furthermore, we have other real estate initiatives in Peru, Chile, Uruguay, and Colombia.
