NRG Ventures is founded with a mission to be the most value-add investor for startups. It comes from the personal story of our founder Roman Tyan. To make a long story short, Roman was the youngest director at venture fund in Eastern Europe. After several years working in venture capital, Roman launched his own startup in Europe which was featured by BMW and McKinsey Digital. It was a very difficult founder's way where Roman faced a high conservative approach and total misunderstanding of its needs by early-stage investors. After selling his business, Roman launched a new type of venture fund that will meet the needs of modern startups and become a strong business partner for startups. Founder of 12 startups, the most recognized is AnyWay.city (selected by BMW and McKinsey Digital) Advisor at 45+ startups ($10+ bln in total value) Invested in such startups on early-stage: Uber (IPO), Tufin (IPO), eToro, Mobeewave (acquired by Apple), LendingHome, Ocon
