Chiltern Capital specialises in making private equity investments in smaller mid-market companies in the UK. We bring our time, energy and expertise alongside our capital. We are ambitious for the companies and teams that we back, and think like entrepreneurs not asset managers. We are active investors and bring first hand experience of the challenges of managing growth and change. Chiltern Capital invests up to £15m in established UK businesses that have a service-led offering. We are flexible partners and will consider a range of investment situations including: - shareholders who want to sell part or all of their business; - supporting management buy-outs or management buy-ins; and - growth capital to support teams developing their business, either organically, through a roll-out or through bolt-on acquisitions.
